In the case of general communication (via a contact form or other means), your data will be retained for as long as necessary to fulfill your request and for a reasonable period thereafter, for the purposes of documenting the communication and ensuring the quality of our services.

In the event that a job or collaboration application is unsuccessful, we will delete the relevant documents (such as your resume and application), retaining only limited information, such as your full name, the position for which you expressed interest, and a brief description of the evaluation process for future reference. The legal basis for retaining this information is our company’s legitimate interest in ensuring the effectiveness and transparency of its procedures, and this data will be retained for a reasonable period of time, which in principle will not exceed five (5) years from the completion of the relevant process.

3. How do we share and protect your personal data?

The security of personal data is of utmost importance to us. We are committed to maintaining high technical and organizational measures to ensure the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of personal data, as well as to protect it from the risk of unauthorized access, misuse, disclosure, unlawful destruction, or loss.
