In the event that a job or collaboration application is unsuccessful, we will delete the relevant documents (such as your resume and application), retaining only limited information, such as your full name, the position for which you expressed interest, and a brief description of the evaluation process for future reference. The legal basis for retaining this information is our company’s legitimate interest in ensuring the effectiveness and transparency of its procedures, and this data will be retained for a reasonable period of time, which in principle will not exceed five (5) years from the completion of the relevant process.

3. How do we share and protect your personal data?

We are committed to maintaining high technical and organizational measures to ensure the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of personal data, as well as to protect it from the risk of unauthorized access, misuse, disclosure, unlawful destruction, or loss.

You also have the right to request the deletion or correction of your data, as well as the right to restrict and object to the processing of your personal data by our company. Furthermore, you have the right to receive the personal data we hold in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, and the right to transmit that data to another company without objection from our company.
