Thanos Charistos

Thanos has extensive experience in providing legal services to both domestic and foreigh clients (individuals and companies), combining legal expertise with practical and effective solutions tailored to his clients.

Having already handled complex litigation cases across a wide range of Greek law and having actively contributed to the completion of significant international and domestic transactions, he is a valuable legal advisor for any client or litigant. He has also contributed to the completion of strategic investments in Greece by foreign clients.

His practice primarily focuses on civil, commercial, and business law. He has been actively involved in major business and investment projects, from negotiations, completion of legal due diligence, and preparation of contractual documents. In addition, he has successfully represented individuals and companies at all levels of Greek courts in matters of civil, commercial, and administrative law cases.

In recent years, together with colleagues from Nexus Law Firm, he has assisted high-tech companies and start-ups in establishing and operating in Greece. In this context, he has been involved in IT networks, as well as the procedures for establishing and complying with the legislation governing such companies in our country. Furthermore, he has provided services for contracts required both for the acquisition and the operation of IT companies and start-ups in Greece.

Thanos has been a member of the Thessaloniki Bar Association since 2002. Prior to founding Nexus Law Firm, he began his legal career at the law firm of his father, Ioannis Charistos.

He is fluent in German and English.
