A few words
Maria focuses specializes in corporate, commercial and real estate law. She conducts legal due diligence reviews, advises companies on a broad range of corporate matters, and reviews corporate documentation. She has also been involved in civil litigation, representing clients before Greek courts and has advised on compliance, contractual and tort law issues.
She supports clients on commercial and real estate matters, and she also provides legal support on regulatory aspects of digital law and emerging technologies.
Maria was admitted to the Thessaloniki Bar Association in 2023. Prior to joining Nexus Law Firm, she worked at a Thessaloniki-based law firm with a focus on corporate law.
She is fluent in Greek and English and also speaks French and Spanish.
