A few words
Eirinaios focuses on Real Estate, Commercial and Business law. He is involved in legal due diligence exercises, the drafting and negotiation of transactional documentation, as well as the handling and successful closing of Real Estate deals .
He additionally counsels domestic and international clients on a broad spectrum of business and commercial issues, encompassing the drafting, review, and negotiation of diverse contractual agreements.
He is actively developing knowledge and advising clients regarding the Legal and the Technical Aspects of Artificial Intelligence.
Eirinaios was admitted to the Thessaloniki Bar Association in 2021. Prior to joining Nexus Law Firm in 2023, he worked as lawyer in Thessaloniki.
He is fluent in Greek, English and speaks also French.
