Alkinoos – Thomas Konis advises both international and domestic clients, providing practical and strategic guidance across key areas of Corporate, Real Estate, Immigration, and Sports Law.

His corporate practice includes supporting clients throughout the full lifecycle of their business activities — from company formation and corporate governance to the drafting, review, and negotiation of corporate documentation.

He also counsels on day-to-day operational matters, offering tailored solutions aligned with business needs.

In the field of Real Estate Law, he assists clients in structuring and executing property transactions, ensuring regulatory compliance, conducting due diligence, and preparing all relevant legal documentation.

He further specializes in Immigration Law, where he supports individuals and companies in navigating the framework of residence permits, intra-corporate transfers, and related compliance requirements under Greek and EU legislation.

His practice also extends to Sports Law, advising athletes, clubs, and sports organizations on regulatory compliance, contracts, transfers, and governance matters within the professional sports framework.

Alkinoos holds a master’s degree in Civil Law, Civil Procedure, and Labor Law with a specialization in Labor Law, as well as a master’s degree in Cadastre Law, both from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.

Since 2018, he has been a partner at the Law Firm “NEXUS” together with Thanos Charistos, following the completion of his legal internship at the law office of Athanasios Charistos & Associates.

He has been a member of the Thessaloniki Bar Association since 2017.

He is fluent in English and German.
