We are looking for an experienced Senior Associate Lawyer with strong courtroom experience to join our Thessaloniki office and play an active role in the growth of our Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice.
The Role
- Independently manage civil and commercial litigation, from case assessment and strategy through court proceedings and resolution.
- Represent clients before Greek courts and draft pleadings, appeals, interim measures and other litigation documents.
- Provide strategic legal advice, assess risks and manage relationships with Greek and international clients.
- Manage multiple cases and procedural deadlines with accuracy and accountability. Collaborate with Partners on complex matters, mentor junior lawyers and contribute to the development of the litigation practice.
Requirements
- Law degree and valid licence to practise law in Greece.
- 6+ years of legal practice, including substantial and recent hands-on experience in civil and/or commercial litigation.
- Proven ability to independently manage cases and represent clients before Greek courts.
- Excellent legal drafting, analytical, negotiation and problem-solving skills, combined with sound legal judgement
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, enabling confident communication with international clients and drafting of legal documents.
- Strong organisational skills, professional maturity, initiative and a collaborative mindset are essential.
