A few words
Natalie focuses her practice on corporate, commercial and M&A law. She is involved in legal due diligence exercises, the drafting and negotiation of transactional documentation, as well as the handling of Greek law corporate formalities.
She also advises both domestic and international clients on a range of day-to-day corporate and commercial matters, including the preparation and negotiation of commercial contracts and issues of regulatory compliance.
Her practice also extends to the field of intellectual property, supporting her clients in the strategic protection, effective management and commercial exploitation of their intellectual property rights and portfolios.
Natalie was admitted to the Thessaloniki Bar Association in 2021. Prior to joining Nexus Law Firm, she worked in Milan, Italy, as in-house counsel for a multinational company in the FMCG sector.
She is fluent in Greek, English and Italian, and speaks also French.
