with strong courtroom experience to join our Thessaloniki office and play an active role in the growth of our Litigation &amp; Dispute Resolution practice.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Role<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Independently manage civil and commercial litigation, from case assessment and strategy through court proceedings and resolution.<\/li>\n<li>Represent clients before Greek courts and draft pleadings, appeals, interim measures and other litigation documents.<\/li>\n<li>Provide strategic legal advice, assess risks and manage relationships with Greek and international clients.<\/li>\n<li>Manage multiple cases and procedural deadlines with accuracy and accountability.\nCollaborate with Partners on complex matters, mentor junior lawyers and contribute to the development of the litigation practice.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Law degree and valid licence to practise law in Greece.<\/li>\n<li>6+ years of legal practice, including substantial and recent hands-on experience in civil and\/or commercial litigation.<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to independently manage cases and represent clients before Greek courts.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent legal drafting, analytical, negotiation and problem-solving skills, combined with sound legal judgement<\/li>\n<li>Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, enabling confident communication with international clients and drafting of legal documents.<\/li>\n<li>Strong organisational skills, professional maturity, initiative and a collaborative mindset are
